We have no strict minimum order quantity. We welcome orders from single prototype pieces to mass production runs of 100,000+ units. For prototyping, we typically handle 1–50 pieces. For production orders, we recommend 100+ pieces for optimal unit pricing, but we are flexible and will work with your specific needs.

We machine a wide range of metals and plastics including: Aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, 6063, 2024), Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), Titanium (TC4/Ti-6Al-4V, TA2), Brass (C360, C260), Copper (C110), Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, and engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM, Nylon, PTFE, and Delrin. We can also source specialty materials upon request.

Lead times depend on complexity and quantity. Prototypes typically take 5–7 business days. Small batch production (100–1,000 pcs) usually takes 2–3 weeks. Larger production runs are quoted individually. We also offer expedited services with 3–5 day turnaround for urgent prototype needs. Quotations are typically provided within 24 hours of receiving your drawings.

Yes, our engineering team provides free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review with every quote. We can suggest design optimizations to reduce cost, improve strength, and ensure manufacturability. If you have a concept but no CAD files, we can also assist with 3D modeling and technical drawings for a nominal fee.

Absolutely! We welcome factory visits and audits. Our facility is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen — easily accessible from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX). We can arrange airport pickup, hotel accommodation assistance, and a comprehensive factory tour. Please contact us at least one week in advance so we can prepare. We can also arrange virtual factory tours via video call if an in-person visit is not possible.

We accept all major CAD file formats including: STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.iges, .igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt, .sldasm), AutoCAD (.dwg, .dxf), Inventor (.ipt, .iam), Pro/E & Creo (.prt), Parasolid (.x_t), and PDF technical drawings with dimensions. STEP format is preferred for the most accurate quoting. Please include 2D drawings with GD&T callouts when possible.
